Description

We now offer you, as a Licensed Occupational Therapist, a unique opportunity to have a dynamic and varied work role, where you visit each patient in their living environment.

We know that collaboration is the key to creating a successful organization, and we aim to build good relationships both internally and externally. We welcome you to a positive and helpful workgroup of 14 people, who possess various skills in rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy.

The operation is constantly evolving, and you will be an important part of the change and development work towards Good and Close Care.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for your own geographical area. You will visit patients daily, either in their own homes or in special housing, to make assessments, conduct training, or collaborate in teams with rehabilitation measures. Always with the goal that each individual should strengthen their ability and health. Through home visits, you will get a comprehensive view of the patient's life situation and can adapt measures and training. With us, no workday is like the other, and you have the opportunity to plan your visits.

Qualifications

We see that you are secure, empathetic, and professional in your work role. You are positive and enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with others.

Conditions

Licensed Occupational Therapist. Driver's license. Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
